Dear Mrs Counihan-Sanchez

As you are aware the statutory review of housing’s decision to find you intentionally homeless has upheld the council’s decision.  You have not applied to appeal this decision at the County Court, and you are now out of time to do so.  All reviews/appeals of the housing decisions have therefore been exhausted and we now need to move you from your current accommodation in Ealing, which we are providing.

I would therefore like to arrange a meeting with you and or your husband to explain the next steps and explore what assistance we can provide in helping you find alternative private rented accommodation.  Please will you confirm when you will be available to meet with me, and what venue is easiest for you to attend.
