Don’t agree entirely with this anslysis- the so-called Arab Spring was not just colour revolutions but genuine uprising in Tunisia, Egypt, Yemen and Bahrain for instance although others quickly became imperialist sponsored regime change operations like Libya and Syria. Ukraine was in this latter category.
But much good material here and much that is absolutely correct and refutes the whole narratives of the pro imperialist left, including many bogus Trotskyist groups.
The Russian Defense Ministry recently announced that the United States is training a new armed force at the former refugee camp in El Khaseq province, citing the Center for Syrian Reconciliation. It’s believed that this force will be used in an attempt to topple the Syrian government led by President Bashar al-Assad. What is even more curious is that militants of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and Jabhat al-Nusra are going to form the backbone of this military force. The Western coalition led by the United States carries on its attempt to utilize radical militant groups in Syria, in spite of repeated statements that it is supposedly engaged in the region to fight such militants.
