The Socialist Fight Group (SFG) held a public forum on 29th November in London where our speakers shared a platform with an invited Extinction Rebellion (XR) speaker, who gave an extended presentation on the acute threat of climate disaster.

Our strategy of world socialist revolution, and transitional demands as a bridge to that, provides the only realistic strategy for avoiding an approaching catastrophe, as capitalism cannot, and the bourgeoisie obviously will not, carry out the revolution in humanity’s relationship with nature that is necessary to overcome this deadly threat to human civilisation and potentially, the future of life itself on this planet.
